What the role is

You will apply psychological principles, knowledge and insights of relevance to enhance SID's organisational and operational effectiveness.

What you will be working on

• Conduct research, assessments and interventions in psychological domains relevant to SID. These include, but are not limited to, mental health and well-being, organisational psychology, social psychology and psychological profiling. • Provide consultation, advice and training to relevant SID stakeholders in psychological matters. What you will gain: • Relevant knowledge and skillsets to apply psychology to a security and intelligence context • Opportunities to work in multidisciplinary teams to gain adjacent competencies beyond psychology

What we are looking for

• Roles for fresh graduates available • Must minimally possess a recognised undergraduate degree in psychology • Experience or interest in conducting psychological research, assessments and interventions • Willingness to work in different fields of psychology • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, planning and execution skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
