What the role is

You are responsible for reviewing and operationalising structures, systems, and processes to enable MINDEF Communications Organisation's (MCO) strategic communications (SC) outcomes and stay ahead of the information curve in the evolving information and media landscapes.

What you will be working on

- Manage MCO's force equipping and structuring - Plan and develop infrastructural capabilities - Ensure business continuity - Coordinate with MINDEF/SAF and Whole-of-Government (WoG) entities Challenge(s) - Translating limited resources into viable capabilities and systems - Managing multiple tasks and milestones systematically

What we are looking for

- An active interest in Singapore’s political, defence and security developments, other current affairs, and industry technological developments - Good time management skills, independent and resourceful - Strong command of both spoken and written English - Adept at forming professional partnerships with a large network (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
