What the role is
What you will be working on
• Assess MOMHQ manpower requests and provide recommendation on the proposed support based on MOM’s prioritisation criteria, which include alignment with MOM’s strategic priorities, extent of expected benefits/returns and business criticality
• Develop plans and materials to communicate MOM’s strategic directions and resource requests to central agencies
• Drive enhancements to MOM’s Manpower Management System to improve tracking of permanent and supernumerary positions and enhance dashboard capabilities to support deeper data analysis for more timely reporting and decision making
• Lead and coordinate innovation platforms such as Pitch-it! and PS Challenge to foster a supportive innovation ecosystem and bring promising ideas to fruition
• Develop communication materials to build awareness, coordinated and organised pitch sessions and PS Challenge hackathon effectively

• Able to analyse and synthesise both qualitative and quantitative inputs to come up with coherent conclusions even in the absence of complete information
