You play a pivotal role in improving service delivery in MINDEF/SAF by assisting the Assistant Director (3P - People, Private, Public) with a focus on the People element.

- Develop and implement internal communication plans for service delivery initiatives - Produce communication products such as infographics, posters, and short video clips - Implement and review the recognition and awards framework at MINDEF/SAF level - Develop partnerships with public and private agencies known for service delivery excellence Challenge(s): - Engaging and informing employees and stakeholders effectively about service delivery initiatives - Building a strong recognition culture for service excellence across MINDEF/SAF

- Education in Communications or Marketing - Experience and proficiency in graphics design, infographics, video content creation, and video editing - Skills in using applications such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Premiere Pro - Good communication and writing skills (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
