You will be a key member of the workforce planning and development team, driving MINDEF's digital and data capabilities by developing a community of Business Digitalisation & Information Technology (BDIT) professionals across MINDEF/SAF through effective attract, develop and retain initiatives.

What you will be working on
- Develop digital workforce plans that support MINDEF's digitalisation priorities by analysing workforce data and rationalising digital and data job profiles
- Maintain BDIT competency framework in alignment with Whole-of-Government (WOG) Infocomm Technology & Smart Systems framework
- Curate relevant professional development programmes and manage training budgets
- Foster community engagement and peer learning through Communities of Practice
- Design communications infographics for dissemination on internal knowledge-sharing platforms
- Collaborate with MINDEF HR Directorate to enhance talent attraction and career mobility for BDIT professionals
- Drive strategic planning and hands-on implementation of workforce development initiatives
Challenge(s)
- Having diverse competencies, thinking agility, and expertise in both Digital and Data domains, spanning from strategic planning to hands-on implementation of initiatives
What we are looking for
- Education in Information Technology, Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration or Organisational Psychology
- At least 2 years of experience preferably in digital and data strategy or strategic human resource development
- Competent in conceptualising, analysing data, developing and formulating strategies
- Thinking agility to adapt from strategic planning to implementation
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly and engage diverse stakeholders effectively to drive organisational change and facilitate build-up of digital and data capabilities across business functions
- Good understanding of WOG ICT&SS environment and Product Life Cycle Management is advantageous
Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
