You review the MINDEF's strategy and roadmap for environmental sustainability, in line with national developments and Whole-of-Government (WOG) efforts.

- Establish policies for MINDEF-related organisations to meet sustainability targets - Analyse complex policy issues related to environmental sustainability - Provide sound analysis and recommendations to senior management - Highlight potential trade-offs in sustainability initiatives - Articulate considerations and implications to senior leadership Challenge(s) - Understanding and analysing complex policy issues in environmental sustainability - Balancing defence operational needs with sustainability goals
