What you will be working on
• Process security bond transactions accurately and within service standards
• Manage and resolve escalated customer enquiries and complaints within service standards
• Review and streamline issuance and renewal workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and service delivery
• Support system enhancements, including user acceptance testing and post-implementation monitoring and reviews
• Any other ad-hoc duties
