What the role is

You will be part of a dynamic team that manages the cancellation of passes, legal stay and repatriation of foreign workers. You will be handling customers' enquires and appeals relating to cancellation and repatriation, and required to respond accurately and meet service standards.

What you will be working on

• Assess and handle escalated cancellation/repatriation enquires from MOM Contact Centre and internal/external stakeholders • Manage the workers' stay in Singapore and ensure employers continue to provide upkeep and maintenance • Manage overstayers in Singapore by nudging the employers to repatriate their foreign workers • Prepare and send customised emails/advisories to employers and foreign workers on cancellation and repatriation requirements. • Process customers' requests/appeals submitted via online forms and systems • Conduct User Acceptance Testing for service enhancement requests and new systems • Assess and recommend punitive actions for non-compliant employers and foreign workers

What we are looking for

• Possess good customer service and communication (written and spoken) skills • Possess good analytical, creative thinking and problem-solving skills • Be a good team player with a customer-focused mindset • Be able to handle difficult stakeholders, work independently, adapt to fast and complex changes *PwDs are welcome to apply.
