You work with a team of creatives in the production of defence-related content for online and digital platforms to inform, educate and engage audiences on defence and security matters.

- Generate a constant stream of diverse and engaging content (both written and video) - Balance creativity with strategic communication objectives - Collaborate with different stakeholders to source and produce various forms of content - Cover both local and overseas events, with occasional overseas deployments - Produce content for various social media channels Challenge(s) - Keeping abreast of the latest developments in the fast-paced online and media space - Finding fresh and interesting story angles and visual storytelling approaches - Ensuring quick turnaround of content production

- Education in Journalism, Communications Studies or a related field - At least 2 years' experience in communications, film/video production, social media production, or related fields - Experience in social media content creation with relevant skills (e.g., social media video editing and production) is preferred - Good understanding of social media channels and communications preferences of various online stakeholder groups - Good interpersonal and communication skills - Good eye for visuals and attention to detail - Portfolio showcasing relevant skills (e.g., video production, photography, and/or graphic design) is advantageous (Applicants with no experience may apply.) Successful candidates will be deployed to So Drama! Entertainment (a MINDEF-Related Organisation) on a 2-year contract. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
