You provide user support for SAF Learning System while managing learning device logistics and conducting fault analysis.

- Handle system fault tickets and perform trend analysis - Manage learning devices and issue equipment to units - Track device inventory and process logistics transactions - Maintain service quality - Support system users Challenge(s) - Working closely with external and internal stakeholders to seek out and forge partnerships in order to advance SAF's learning systems - Keeping abreast of industry standards, best practices and norms to lead and advise MINDEF/SAF effectively - Understanding and abiding to the security policies

- Relevant work experience in learning technology, data analysis, logistics or accounting is advantageous - Customer service orientation - System support capabilities - Problem-solving and analytics skills (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
