What the role is

You lead a team of executives responsible for managing all Human Resource (HR) functions for NSmen within the Formation.

What you will be working on

On this, you liaise with multiple stakeholders and are responsible for organising various ceremonies involving NSmen. You are also the direct liaison to plan and arrange various engagement and recognition efforts, ensuring all queries and feedback from NS commanders are heard and addressed. Your challenge lies in maintaining good relationships with the various supervisors, unit commanders and external agencies for work efficiency and effectiveness.

What we are looking for

You must have a tertiary qualification, with at least 6 years' experience in HR. Possession of good communication, time management, public relations and organisation skills is essential. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
