You lead a team of executives responsible for managing all Human Resource (HR) functions for NSmen within the Formation.

- Manage all HR functions for NSmen within the Formation - Liaise with multiple stakeholders - Organise various ceremonies involving NSmen - Plan and arrange engagement and recognition efforts - Address queries and feedback from NS commanders - Maintain relationships with supervisors, unit commanders, and external agencies Challenge(s) - Maintaining good relationships with various supervisors, unit commanders, and external agencies for work efficiency and effectiveness
