What the role is
What you will be working on
- Manage all HR functions for NSmen within the Formation
- Liaise with multiple stakeholders
- Organise various ceremonies involving NSmen
- Plan and arrange engagement and recognition efforts
- Address queries and feedback from NS commanders
- Maintain relationships with supervisors, unit commanders, and external agencies
Challenge(s)
- Maintaining good relationships with various supervisors, unit commanders, and external agencies for work efficiency and effectiveness
What we are looking for
- At least 6 years of experience in HR
- Good communication, organisational, stakeholder and time management skills
- Expertise in public relations
- Ability to lead and manage a team
