You support in the logistics and finance matters for a Republic of Singapore Navy (RSN) formation.

On this, you ensure effective provision and management of all general logistics support requirement via the procurement systems and ensure that items acceptance transaction in accordance to finance guidelines. You will be appointed the Acceptance Officer to perform Goods Receipt for any goods or services. Your challenges lie in meeting tight timelines in the support of exercises and events, prioritising and meeting job expectations with lean manpower resource; and coping well with changes due to the dynamic environment.

You should preferably have Diploma, Higher NITEC or Minimum GCE “O” levels with work experiences in Supply chain management. You are required to possess a certain level of experience in using System Applications and Products (SAP) or Enterprise System, as well as with computer literate in software such as Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge in warehousing is advantageous. You should be a team player and be willing to prioritise work commitment over personal schedule when required by organisational needs.
