What the role is

The job holder will support the design and delivery of organisation development programmes and internal communications to promote cohesiveness in the workplace and a sense of belonging.

What you will be working on

• Support organisational transformation initiatives, develop and implement change strategies that align with business objectives. • Support senior management in strategic planning/annual work plan discussions, monitor and evaluate organisational performance. • Engage internal stakeholders (policy, operations, product teams and front-line customer service teams) through organising staff engagement/appreciation events and facilitating dialogues between senior leaders and middle managers (e.g. WPD Awards, Townhalls, Fireside Chats). • Prepare and disseminate timely information and updates that support the WPD internal communications strategy/ framework. • Support the administration of employee engagement survey, analyse results, and develop action plans to address areas for improvement.

What we are looking for

• Good communicator with strong written, verbal, and inter-personal skills • Able to collaborate and work effectively in teams • Able to work independently and adapt to complex changes • Proactive and resourceful problem-solver with attention to detail • Experience in event management and stakeholder engagement activities will be an advantage
