What the role is
We are looking for Executive / Manager, Procurement, in the Finance and Asset Development cluster.
What you will be working on
Job Responsibilites
- Manage and administer operations of the procurement function workflow for the Group
- Provide value-add advice on procurement requirements to ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations for the Group
- Review the enhance procurement controls and compliance for the Group
- Develop procurement strategies to achieve cost-effective results for the Group
- Conduct training sessions to support upkeep of procurement competencies of officers conducting procurement when required.
What we are looking for
Job Requirements
- Tertiary education in Business Administration, Business Finance or equivalent
- Specialising in Government Procurement or equivalent
- Resourceful, meticulous, energetic, proactive, results-oriented team player
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills for this position
- Proficient in MS office applications, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
There are two vacancies available for this post.
Successful candidate will be appointed on contract basis.

The Majlis Ugama Islam Singapura (Muis), also known as the Islamic Religious Council of Singapore, was established as a statutory body in 1968 when the Administration of Muslim Law Act (AMLA) came into effect.
