What the role is
What you will be working on
- Manage the collection and refund of tax revenue and government payouts through electronic and non-electronic means
- Ensure compliance in accounting and internal control practices and guidelines
- Improve work practices and operational procedures through data analytics and innovation
- Conduct data analysis to understand taxpayers' payment behaviour to develop strategies to encourage e-Payment/Refund
- Use end user tools (e.g. Robotic Process Automation, Python), design thinking and behavioural insights to improve work processes and customer service delivery
- Embrace digitalization at work and co-create solutions with stakeholders
What we are looking for
- Background in accounting, business or economics
- Good numerical and computer literacy
- Good critical thinking and analytical skills
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Resourceful and a team player
- Good written and verbal communication skills
