What the role is
What you will be working on
- Develop, draft, and review IMPs in collaboration with the DIS Departments, Commands, and relevant stakeholders
- Plan, manage, and optimise a knowledge management system and repository for the DIS' IMPs
- Enhance effectiveness and consistency of the DIS strategic communications messaging
- Vet DIS-related materials and articles for consistent portrayal and messaging
- Execute the DIS information training and education roadmap
- Oversee the raising, training, and sustaining of DIS personnel with required strategic communications skills

- Balancing strategic communications with security considerations
- Managing a dynamic knowledge system in a rapidly evolving digital environment
What we are looking for
- At least 6 years of relevant work experience in communications, psychology, international relations, or social science
- Experience in managing publicity-related publication and content
- Good knowledge of information management
- Good leadership skills
- Strong planning abilities
- Excellent public relations and communications skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a dynamic environment
