What you will be working on

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design and develop new compliance tools and initiatives.

Prepare and analyse data, as well as develop and maintain analytics models to understand taxpayer segments, predict behaviours, detect fraud and non-compliance, and develop intervention measures for GST compliance.
Leverage Large Language Models-based tools to build AI products for use in the division's operations and compliance work through prototyping, experimentation, and iterative improvement to deliver impactful, user-centric outcomes.

Develop interactive dashboards that support reporting and performance monitoring.

Provide basic training on the application of analytical tools to end-user officers.

Facilitate data sharing with internal and external stakeholders, working closely to understand and fulfil data requirements, and adhering to the data governance framework.

Review and operationalise data policies and procedures to comply with relevant guidelines and frameworks.

What we are looking for

Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Computer Science, Data Analytics or Statistics-related fields are preferred.

Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a logical and organised approach to handling and analysing information.

Inquisitive mindset with the ability to question, probe, and analyse data effectively.

Resourcefulness and the ability to work independently in a team environment.
