What you will be working on

As part of our team, you'll be involved in the following key areas:

Collaborate with business units within the division and across IRAS to reimagine business processes to improve GST service delivery, operations and compliance.
Elicit, scope, and manage business requirements through iterative information gathering, translating user needs into user stories.
Work with the development team to validate user stories during the Agile delivery cycle, including activities like user stories grooming, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint demos and retrospectives
Evaluate potential use cases and the impact of available technologies to support operations and compliance work.
Implement test cases to simulate user requirements, analyse test coverage lapses, and support user acceptance testing activities.
Conduct functional testing and verify data migration outcomes.

What we are looking for

To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates who possess the following:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience in project management, software testing or UX design.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical skills, coupled with a curious mindset to question and probe
