About CSA Established on 1 April 2015, the Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA) provides dedicated and centralised oversight of Singapore's national cyber security functions. It is the national body overseeing cyber security strategy, operation, education and outreach and ecosystem development. It is part of the Prime Minister's Office and is managed by the Ministry of Digital Development and Information. Responsibilities • Support end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding • Administer recruitment assessments and manage candidate communications • Maintain the tracking of recruitment data for reporting • Identify and recommend technology solutions to streamline TA processes • Support automation projects to improve recruitment workflows • Participate in campus recruitment events and career fairs for young talent programmes • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements • Degree in Business/Human Resource Management or equivalent • Experience in recruitment, HR operations, or campus engagement preferred • Strong interest in process improvement and technology solutions • Working knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (VLOOKUP/pivot tables advantageous) • Good verbal, written and organisational skills • Willing to learn attitude, adaptive and proactive approach • Ability to work weekends/after office hours for outreach events when required If you share our passion to make a difference in the cyber security landscape, take up the challenge and apply now.
