What you will be working on

Analyse target stakeholders’ profile, define engagement purpose and devise engagement strategies and content
Analyse market trends, business models and audit observations that may impact compliance level and to plan for relevant engagement/ education activities to prevent non-compliance
Develop and execute robust stakeholder engagement and education campaigns through digital and non-digital channels to effectively educate stakeholders
Promote the use of digital services and digital record-keeping to improve overall tax compliance. This includes working with external stakeholders to onboard IRAS’ digital solutions and to transmit tax information to IRAS.
Ensure contents (digital and non-digital channels) are accurate, relevant and meet channel goals and taxpayers’ expectations
Create concepts and messages that are user-centric
Keep abreast of development in digital and non-digital channels used for outreach and education purposes, with the aim to more effectively reach out to different profiles of stakeholders.

What we are looking for

Bachelor’s Degree/Polytechnic Diploma (preferably in Accounting or Business Administration).
Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Enjoys a fast-paced environment and is service-oriented
Ability to question, probe and analyse
Organized and systematic in handling data
Resourceful and able to work independently in a team environment
