What you will be working on
- Support research, development and deployment of simulator-based screening and assessment system for aviation personnel
- Integrate data receptacles throughout Flying Training Pipeline into common data ecosystem for Predictive Modelling and Model Validation purposes
- Oversee and develop knowledge management processes while developing necessary structures to ensure smooth operations of screener
- Design knowledge transfer programmes for future aviation psychologists
- Conduct psychological research and analysis to support simulator-based assessment methodologies
- Collaborate with technical teams to validate assessment models and support continuous improvement of screening processes

- Education in Psychology
