Your key role will be to drive overall strategy and direction for the GoBusiness portal, a Whole-of-Government consolidated touchpoint for Government-to-Business transactions. GoBusiness enables businesses to easily comply with regulatory requirements, access assistance schemes and take advantage of emerging opportunities.

What the role is
What you will be working on
You will:
• Drive business development and create new pipelines, by reviewing the overall pipeline, considering growth drivers and cultivating relationships with potential agency partners.
• Manage pipelines by progressing opportunity actions and momentum with potential agency partners; prepare the teams for business development-related meetings.
• Work with the Government Technology Agency (GovTech) in delivering new services and enhancing existing features.
• Strengthen existing relationships with key agency partners to grow the service suite on GoBusiness.
• Monitor portal performance through product statistics, user feedback and user engagement strategies; make recommendations for improvement and implement the changes to service design with GovTech.
• Work with a variety of public agencies in conducting business process review to streamline existing Government services and make them more business-friendly.
What we are looking for
You have:
• 2 to 3 years of experience in a business development or account management role.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or any other relevant discipline.
• Good analytical skills, with the ability to think “out of the box”.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong ability to influence and negotiate with others.
• Good writing and presentation skills.
• A keen interest in learning about ICT product development and management processes; product management experience is an advantage.
