You are responsible for evaluating units’ proposed requirements of new infrastructure and upgrading projects. With that, you provide recommendations and seek approval from the appropriate authorities.

You also assist to develop the Specific Operational Requirements (SORs) and Operational Masterplans (OMPs) for infrastructure development in support of the Republic of Singapore Navy's (RSN) future capabilities build-up. You manage the facilities upgrading works and ad-hoc new requirements in near-term infrastructure projects as well as evaluate the land-use development affecting naval bases and naval operations.

You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably in Civil Engineering or Estate Management. You should preferably have experience in project management and able to translate operational requirement into a proposal. You should also have good writing and presentation skills as well as possess strong problem solving, planning, execution and communication skills. You must able to work under stress and independently to meet tight timelines. Appointment will be commensurate with experience. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
