The job holder will be responsible for managing and overseeing the enforcement process for the prompt payment of foreign worker levy as well as to ensure levy debts are recovered in a timely and efficient manner.

What you will be working on
• Manage and oversee the work pass revocation/reinstatement and levy debt recovery processes to ensure relevancy in meeting the needs of employers and MOM
• Develop and implement strategies to ensure prompt payment and recovery of levy
• Assess appeals and respond to queries related to reinstatement of work passes that were revoked for levy default and levy debts
• Liaise with other government agencies on levy recovery processes and case management
• Develop reports on debt payment and recovery performance for senior management

• Strong communication (oral and writing) and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Embrace teamwork and values collaborative efforts
