What the role is
What you will be working on
As part of this team, your specific roles would involve:
• Developing, reviewing and implementing caregiver support strategies, as part of MOH’s overall strategy to support ageing-in-place.
• Working closely with other agencies and key stakeholders to oversee ground implementation of caregiver support initiatives, such as respite care services and the Caregivers Training Grant, and review their effectiveness.
• Monitoring and analysing population trends and citizen feedback, and conceptualising, developing and evaluating pilots on new caregiver support initiatives, to ensure that appropriate support is rendered to families caring for seniors with care needs.

• Relevant working experience in healthcare, social services and/or policy formulation is an advantage
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
• Meticulous and comfortable with numbers
• Highly motivated and able to effectively work in a team in a fast-paced and challenging environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work with and bring on board multiple stakeholders with diverse interests
• Good written and verbal communication skills
