What the role is
What you will be working on
1) Handle a wide range of corporate tax enquiries over the telephone, counter interview and live chat contact channels from companies, tax agents and consultants.
2) Embark on adhoc projects to improve business efficiency within IRAS and service delivery for external stakeholders.
3) Gain an overview of corporate tax administration and to obtain commercial perspectives through daily interactions with taxpayers, tax agents and consultants.
4) Gain both technical knowledge and soft skills to handle corporate tax enquiries over the telephone, counter interviews and through live chats
What we are looking for
- Good foundation of corporate tax principles
- Exhibit a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
