What the role is

You support in the management and execution of a student development programme (Sentinel Programme). On this, you track the performance of students from the selection test up to the end of the programme and engage students to sustain a high level of interest and morale on the programme.

What you will be working on

You also coordinate and organise defence cyber touchpoints for Sentinel students, and conduct the programme outreach, branding and publicity efforts. Your challenge lies in managing communications on many fronts, maintaining good student and stakeholder relationships, and creating curriculum that constantly and actively engages students.

What we are looking for

You must have a tertiary qualification with 2-3 years' working experience in the defence or education industry. You should possess strong programme management background, good communication and data analysis skills to manage and analyse programme-related data and inter-agency collaboration. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
