You assist in developing MINDEF/SAF’s cyber defence strategy and partnerships. On this, you support the development of strategies to profile cyber defence to the public, and enhance public defence diplomacy through cyber security.

What the role is
What you will be working on
You conduct horizon-scanning, and work with a wide range of stakeholders including renowned academics and experts who can provide insights to MINDEF/SAF’s cyber strategy. You also work with the Cybersecurity Agency of Singapore (CSA) and key stakeholders in MINDEF/SAF. Your challenge lies in being able to move with agility between understanding broad, strategic perspectives, and drilling down into the details and nuances of key issues.
What we are looking for
You must have a tertiary qualification, and a keen interest in cyber security, current affairs and international politics. You must have good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships with partners and stakeholders. You will be required to be meticulous, adaptable and be able to work independently. You may be required to periodically travel overseas for work. Appointment will commensurate with your experience.
