What the role is
What you will be working on
- Review and analyse MINDEF/SAF's engagement strategy
- Provide policy recommendations for collaboration and defence relations
- Lead formalisation of collaboration efforts with foreign cyber partners
- Coordinate cyber collaboration and defence relations policies
Challenge(s)
- Understanding complex cultural and security considerations in defence relations
- Anticipating issues in the rapidly evolving cyber defence landscape
What we are looking for
- Education in Political Science, International Relations, Communications, Economics, History or a related field
- At least 6 years of work experience in policy or international relations
- Strong conceptual ability
- Mastery of written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders
- Commitment to achieving results
- Adaptability and ability to work independently
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in short timelines
