What the role is
What you will be working on
On this, you devise action plans to enhance HR admin performance through formulation and execution of HR audit plans. You also work closely with the various HR departments across MINDEF/SAF to ensure robustness of the organisation's business processes.
What we are looking for
You must have a tertiary qualification. Possession of SAP knowledge and experience in data visualisation tools (Qlik Sense) will be advantageous. You should be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. You should also be attentive to details, possess good analytical and writing skills, good interpersonal and communication skills. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
