What the role is
What you will be working on
[Key Responsibilities]
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. host agencies, Functional Leaderss, ITC, Comms) for pre and post roadshow logistics (e.g. securing of venue/set up of Teams link, procurement of refreshments, dissemination of prizes and tracking of expenses),
• Support actual day event such as venue set up, managing registration and refreshments counter, AV coordinator. May also need to double up as table facilitator to help flag out queries from participating officers.
• Support collation of officer data for manual account creation and ensure that accounts are created prior to the event.
• Compile, monitor and maintain status of roadshow take ups and assist in claims.
• Provide support in collating, updating, and simple data analytics e.g. cleansing of data for reporting.
[Other Administrative Support]
• Work with both internal (e.g. OOA, PS4G) and external (e.g. CSC, DA) stakeholders to support uploading of Out of Agency (OOA) opportunities and learning courses onto OTG platform.
• Help answer simple OTG related queries via the OTG common mailbox and channel complex queries to other OTG team members where necessary.
• Assist with scheduling of meetings for the numerous stakeholders that the OTG team engages with.
