What the role is

You serve as a key liaison between NSmen and the NS management system while ensuring positive NS experiences through effective human resource and administrative management.

What you will be working on

- Resolve NSmen HR and administrative issues - Manage staffing and succession planning - Coordinate performance appraisals - Oversee course attendance - Conduct Pre-Operationally Ready Date (ORD) engagement meetings - Support cohesion activities - Train Personnel Support Platoons - Interface with multiple stakeholders Challenge(s) - Balancing operational readiness with individual needs - Managing high service delivery expectations - Coordinating across multiple functions - Maintaining proactive engagement - Meeting diverse NSmen requirements

What we are looking for

- Strong empathy for NSmen - Excellent communication skills - System thinking capabilities - Problem-solving expertise - Stakeholder management experience - Understanding of Army structures (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
