What you will be working on

Our Policy, Statistics and Research (PSR) Group plays a vital role in influencing CPF policies and operations; DSA is a department within PSR Group. Data informs many of the decisions we make in our PSR functions; and to perform our roles well, CPFB has embarked on a journey to become Data-Smart. In support of that, you will be part of a team that champions data visualisations and builds data science capabilities to help the Board extract value from data for effective business decisions and policy-making. What you will be working on As a Data Projects and IT Support Intern, your responsibilities will include: -Data Projects : Assisting in project management, development and testing activities and supporting the business users in exploring the functionalities of the system. -Cloud Platform – Have the opportunity to assist in Data Engineering, and Data Analytics work eg. using Databricks/Python to ingest and prepare data on our data platform hosted on Cloud -IT Operation and Support : Assisting in IT operation and support and also explore the usage of UIPath and Power BI Dashboard to improve and automate IT processes eg. reviews of system activities and user accesses -Training and Documentation : Assist in the training of users on system functionalities, Power BI Dashboard and the preparation of user guides and system administration guides

What we are looking for

While mastery of every requirement may not be necessary, familiarity and expertise in some of the following areas will position you for success within this team. -Available Full-time (5 days/week) -Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to take on new challenges. -Willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment. -Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team. -Preferably familiar with Python, SQL, Visualization tools like Power BI. -Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information System or a related field. This internship is on a full-time basis from May - Dec 2025
