The Assurance, Care and Engagement Group (ACE), a permanent division under the Ministry of Manpower, improves the well-being of migrant workers by enhancing the healthcare, housing and social aspects of the migrant worker landscape.
You will be part of a team overseeing the management of Recreation Centres (RCs) for Migrant Workers (MWs), to improve recreational facilities for MWs, and de-densify community hotspots.

What the role is
What you will be working on
• Develop and review the overarching framework and guidelines for RC operations to ensure the smooth running of RC operations and attractive programmes for MWs.
• Identify cross-cutting and emerging issues affecting MWs and the RC operations and develop operational plans and interventions.
• Oversee the full cycle of RC operators management, encompassing development of business and contractual requirements for operators, evaluation and selection process to post- appointment performance monitoring and contract management.
• Administer and monitor grant funding for RC operators to ensure operators meet the deliverables outlined in the funding agreement and maintain proper accountability of grant.
• Develop and implement programmes at the RCs to support and enhance the well-being of MWs.
What we are looking for
• Able to work independently or as a team, and highly adaptable and comfortable working with and through ambiguity and complex changes
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task to meet tight deadlines
• Have clear written and verbal communication skills to engage with various stakeholders professionally
• A good knowledge of IM on Procurement or Contract/Grant Management would be advantage.
