What the role is
What you will be working on
• Involve in the design and conceptualisation of RCs to meet the needs of MWs, including infrastructural layout of the RCs, the type of programmes to be offered at the RCs
• Involve in multi-year procurement strategy and contract management for the existing RCs and new RCs which include tender and construction of new buildings, repairs and redecoration (R&R) works
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders in the execution of the concept plans
• Oversee RCs operations in ensuring smooth running of the RCs and programmes remain attractive to MWs
What we are looking for
• Possess tertiary qualifications, preferably in Business or Project Management
• Possess a depth of knowledge and relevant experience in handling complex procurement matters or managing infrastructural projects
• A good knowledge of IM on Procurement and GeBIZ would be advantage.
• Able to manage consultants, contractors and managing project schedule and budget
• Able to handle end users professionally, work independently and be efficient with a strong customer service mindset.
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task to meet tight deadlines.
