About the Team Our Retirement Decumulation Systems (RDD) team plays a pivotal role in applications development to help us achieve our organizational goals. As an IT Developer Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with this dynamic team and contribute to our efforts in developing applications that helps our business users in their course of work. In this role, you will: -Have hands on experience in building applications that address real-world challenges for CPF members. -Exploration in automating processes to speed up development and testing lifecycle -Explore the use of Generative AI (GenAI) to automate tasks, enhance processes, and innovate within an enterprise setting. -Work across disciplines with analysts, developers, and testers. -Gain exposure to enterprise-level development practices and tools while solving impactful problems.

We value the diverse skills and perspectives that each intern brings. While you may not need to meet every requirement fully, having some familiarity or budding expertise in the following areas will help you make the most of this opportunity and succeed with our team. -Development experience, preferably in Java, Spring Batch, Python, UiPath, VB Macro -Basic understanding or interest in GenAI usage and prompt engineering. -Ability to adapt between working independently and collaborating effectively in a team. Position is on a full-time internship basis from Aug to Dec 2025.
