  • Mentor and lead your team of product managers to develop their professional competencies, hone their business and tech acumen, and build strong camaraderie within the team.

About you

  • You have 10+ years shaping products in one or more of the following technology areas: data and AI, robotics, communications tech, or blockchain.
  • You have a strong technology background, which is coupled with an astute sense of how technology will impact businesses and government service delivery.

  • You are well versed with agile methodologies, know how to maintain product roadmap, and how to articulate and manage engineering and business trade-offs.
  • You understand market dynamics, possess a strong analytical and problem-solving ability, and deftly pivot between making data-driven decisions and making decisions amid ambiguity.
  • You have demonstrated experience building and nurturing a team. You can lead and coach effectively, manage resource prioritisation, and guide your team towards success.
