What the role is
What you will be working on
Facilitate student learning and develop curricula and/or contribute to areas such as:
• Life Design, Design Thinking and Innovation
• Science (Physics / Chemistry / Biology)
• Computing
Develop engaging learning activities aligned with module outcomes to enhance student engagement and understanding.
• Deliver effective lessons through good class management, ensuring positive learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with module teams to support teaching staff, ensuring seamless lesson delivery and efficient task handling.
• Cultivate a nurturing environment, offering comprehensive pastoral care and guiding students in their educational and career paths.
• Contribute to action research projects, enhancing teaching and learning competencies, and providing valuable insights to the educational community.
• Undertake administrative duties, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the efficiency of the programs at the centre.
What we are looking for

• Self-driven, independent, and proactive, with a strong team-oriented work ethic.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• People-oriented with strong interpersonal, written, and communication skills.
• Proficient in facilitating classroom discussions, mediating diverse opinions, and evaluating reasoning effectively.
• Relevant teaching experience, including curriculum development, assessment, and online course design and delivery.
• Experience with EdTech tools would be desirable.
• Hold a qualification in a related field.
