What you will be working on
As a member of the secretariat team, you will be involved in reviewing and managing the policies and operations of the Healthcare Professional Boards in regulating healthcare professionals. Specifically, these include the areas of registration of healthcare professionals, staffing of Board/Council and professional committee meetings, as well as administrative support to the Boards/Councils.
What we are looking for
• Relevant working experience in administration will be an advantage
• Possess good writing and communication skills
• Possess good critical thinking, customer-relationship and information analysis skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Words)
• Meticulous and able to work independently as well as in a team
• Self-motivated and positive working attitude
