You assist in personnel management of all active aircrew in the unit.

- Manage personnel matters for active aircrew, including Pilots, Weapon Systems Officers, Air Warfare Officers, and Air Crew Specialists - Coordinate personnel activities across different aircrew roles - Maintain accurate personnel records for all aircrew members Challenge(s) - Ensuring efficient personnel management
