What the role is
What you will be working on
You will partner and work actively with the subject matter experts and companies to co-create and deliver high impact projects in the passenger, aircraft and air cargo operational flows. You will work alongside the companies and team members in uncovering blind spots and gaps, and challenge conventional thinking and traditional practices. You will then translate the knowledge and insights into actionable plans for high operational performance across the ecosystem and drive its successful implementation. You will flex in different teams as an individual contributor, or peer leader. You will lead or support meetings for a robust discussion and credible exchange backed by data, insights and objective opinions.
You would be also part of the team to facilitate and ensure high service performance at Changi Airport.

1. A strong interest and passion in value creation, creating systems-level impact
2. Adaptable, receptive to ambiguity and change and working with multiple stakeholders
3. At least 5 years of relevant working experience in systems and operations integration or systems re-design
4. Exposure to emergent new technologies in operational flows
5. Sound knowledge and good understanding of the air hub ecosystem
6. Confident with high level of resourcefulness to drive projects and achieve results
7. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships to influence and drive collaboration
8. Excellent written, communication and presentation skills
9. Independent but a strong team player
10. High level of perseverance, “can-do” attitude
