Job Responsibilities
Co-develop and implement measurement and evaluation framework for national-scale programmes and initiatives using innovative approaches such as natural experimental approach
Set up and manage evaluation studies spanning across study design, fieldwork implementation and data analysis
Develop compelling data-driven narratives for impactful storytelling to both internal and external stakeholders as part of strategy review and evaluation
Manage collaborations and consultancy projects with academic/ industry partners to deliver strategic outcomes and facilitate capacity building and collaborative learning
Required Qualifications, Skills and Competencies
Relevant qualifications or experience in Public Health, Health Economics, Health Sciences, Social Sciences or any related quantitative discipline
At least 3 years of practical experience overseeing and/or managing quantitative public health- or social-related applied research/evaluation projects
Technical knowledge and skills in quasi-experimental research methodology and design, including familiarity in statistical methods and modelling software (e.g. R, STATA, SPSS)
Strong sense of intellectual curiosity with openness to learning new domain areas
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management skills
Adaptable, flexible, able to take initiative and prioritise among competing demands
