• Plan and oversee official surveys, ensuring they are completed with high response rates
• Provide regular updates of survey progress and statistics to senior management
• Analyze operational data to improve processes and propose new initiatives
• Provide guidance and advice to survey supervisors and interviewers to ensure that surveys are conducted in a timely and reliable manner
