You will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and initiatives to safeguard the integrity of the work pass framework. You will oversee the formulation, implementation and review of processes and controls to detect and deter fraudulent work pass transactions.
This role requires you to work closely with MOM divisions and government agencies on fraud typologies that cut across agencies.
Through this position, you will pick up the knowledge and skills to become an effective leader/officer in the policy and operational domains, and gain experience in policy review, implementation, and public communications.

What the role is
What you will be working on
• Develop strategies, measures and workflows to understand and identify work pass fraud, emerging risks and vulnerabilities in the work pass framework to ensure policy and business outcomes are effectively met
• Collaborate with policy and operations teams in MOM and other government agencies to understand hiring practices of businesses, and analyse impact and trade-offs of interventions against fraud attempts to circumvent the work pass system
• Propose and implement agile and robust measures to address identified gaps and risks to ensure continued relevancy and effectiveness of policies and processes
