What the role is
What you will be working on
- Analyse leadership development needs and align training curriculum to organisational goals
- Design and develop engaging and impactful leadership training curricula within tight training time budgets
- Implement programs effectively, working closely with leadership school houses
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements
- Manage contracts and coordinate program execution
- Engage stakeholders, including senior leaders to secure buy-in and alignment
- Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure programme success

- Gaining buy-in from senior stakeholders with diverse perspectives
- Navigating multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth programme execution
What we are looking for
- Experience in training, instructional design and/or leadership and organisational development
- Knowledge in curriculum development methodologies (e.g. ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy)
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
- Good project management and coordination skills
- Familiarity with military culture is a plus
