What the role is
What you will be working on
- Analyse Supply vocationalists' competency needs and align training curriculum with organisational objectives
- Develop and review guiding principles for operational and military task achievement
- Partner with Army Logistics Training Institute to design engaging, impactful training curricula for Supply vocationalists
- Conduct training effectiveness evaluations and implement data-driven improvements
- Manage training programme execution
- Build stakeholder relationships to ensure buy-in and alignment
Challenge(s)
- Staying abreast of competency development needs and training requirements for Supply Vocationalists
- Understanding Supply Formation's operations and military tasks
What we are looking for
- Education in Finance, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Facilities Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Human Resource Management is preferred
- Stakeholder management skills
