What the role is
What you will be working on
• Evaluate Work Pass applications and tailor recommendations or replies to appeals, particularly for complex cases that fall outside established guidelines
• Lead in operationalizing Work Pass policy changes, provide a nexus between policy, ops/IT and drive overall project implementation
• Lead reviews and process re-design to continually enhance operational processes to ensure that they remain relevant, effective and efficient. This includes working closely with internal and external stakeholders
• To handle Work Pass queries escalated from various MOM communication channels and dispense prompt advice to MOM Services Centre for walk-in cases

• Tertiary qualifications in any discipline
• Possess good customer service, communication (written and spoken) and interpersonal skills
• Possess good analytical, creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Be a good team player with a customer-focused mindset
• Be able to work independently, adapt to fast and complex changes; and handle multiple tasks/portfolio
