What the role is
What you will be working on
Objectives of the internship:
1) To assist in assessment work
2) To put their valuation knowledge into practice
3) To gain practical experience in real estate valuation and tax administration
You will be involved in:
1) PT Assessment Work
a) Preparation of assessment data
b) Site Inspection
c) Analysis of Rentals
d) Propose Annual Values
2) Adhoc Projects, if any
What we are looking for
We are looking for individuals with:
a) Basic Valuation Knowledge
b) Proficiency in Word, Excel, Powerpoint
The intern will be required to commit to a minimum of 3 months.
