You manage and supervise the day-to-day operations by proactively providing efficient and effective Human Resource (HR) Administration services to tenant units in the Army camps.

You need to be kept updated on HR initiatives and directions to ensure the delivery of your services to remain relevant and effective. You will review work processes to be in sync with prevailing rules, maintain HR competency and knowledge management.

You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably with HR admin experience. You should be competent in HR Information Technology Systems and knowledge and possess strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, strong leadership and decision making abilities.
